Register Your Progress

Add your measurements and progress photos to track your evolution over time. For the most accurate comparison, try to use the same lighting, angle and clothing each time.

Before you start

We recommend taking your progress photos in similar clothes, with good lighting and a clean background. Try to keep the same distance and angle every time.

For your measurements

Use a measuring tape and take your measurements calmly. Keep the tape firm but not too tight, and try to measure the same body points each time.

For your weight

For a more consistent comparison, weigh yourself in the morning, preferably before eating or drinking.

Progress photos

Always upload your progress photos when registering an update: front, side and back. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or WebP.
